Warranty Statement
  • LEGGAGE offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in the product’s material and workmanship. If a warranty claim is made within the warranty period LEGGAGE, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the defective product with another product of equivalent value. All products replaced or refunded under warranty become property of LEGGAGE.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original owner. All replacement products under warranty carry a warranty for the remaining time that was left on the original purchase.
  • The LEGGAGE warranty and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No agent or reseller is allowed to make any changes, extension or addition to this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
  • Under no circumstances shall LEGGAGEbe liable for consequential or incidental damages.
  • LEGGAGE is not responsible for any loss that may result from use or inability to use its products.
  • LEGGAGE shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience or expense exceeding the purchase price of its products.
  • The LEGGAGE warranty will not cover normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, wear and tear of zippers, handles and massaging surfaces. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, abrasions, scratches, dents, soils or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time caused by frequent use.
  • The LEGGAGE warranty does not cover damage caused by airlines or other common carriers.
Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim
  • To obtain a warranty please contact LEGGAGE by sending an email to Warranty@LEGGAGE.com. Please explain in detail type of defect and attach a picture of the defect.
  • Once the email is received a LEGGAGE Customer Service Representative will contact you within 7 business days to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In rare cases it may take longer. All returned products must have a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the packaging. LEGGAGE return packages will not be accepted without a RMA number written on outside of the packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product to LEGGAGE. LEGGAGE will cover the return shipping fees. Customers are responsible for their products until we sign for delivery. LEGGAGE™ will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping or products lost in transit.
Return Policy

LEGGAGE is dedicated to providing outstanding customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in "thinking outside the box" and providing unique and innovative solutions. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused product within 30 days from the original shipping date. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit.

LEGGAGE cases are designed to fit under most airline seats. However some airline seats may have support legs or other obstructions which may not allow LEGGAGE™ cases to be positioned properly for its massaging function. LEGGAGE assumes no responsibility if the case does not fit under the airline seat because of any specific seat designs.
